2. Your Order Cancellation Rights

You may cancel your Order within 30 days of receipt, for any reason, by sending us a clear statement of your decision to cancel. To do so, please email:

Once we receive the returned Goods, we will reimburse you no later than 14 days—using the same payment method you originally used—without any fees.


3. Conditions for Returns

To be eligible for a return, please ensure that:

  • The Goods were purchased within the last 30 days.

  • The Goods are in their original, unopened packaging.

Non‑returnable items:

  • Custom‑made or clearly personalized Goods.

  • Perishable items or those past their expiry date.

  • Goods unsealed for health or hygiene reasons.

  • Goods inseparably mixed with other items after delivery.

We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet these conditions. Only regular‑priced Goods are refundable; sale items cannot be refunded unless required by law.


4. Returning Goods

You are responsible for shipping costs and risks when returning Goods. Please send returns to:

We recommend using an insured, trackable mail service. We cannot issue a refund until we receive either the Goods or proof of delivery.


5. Gifts

  • If the Goods were marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the return value. A gift certificate will be emailed once we receive the returned product.

  • If the gift giver ordered and received the Goods first, any refund will be issued to them.
